Frequently asked questions

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we would like to highlight that all dishes we serve are produced in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked. Therefore we are unable to guarantee the environment will be completely allergen free. We cannot cater to the following intolerances and restrictions;
- Dairy
- Alliums
- Mushroom
- Vegan
- Sulphite
We urge you to have an open mind and ask for your confidence in our preparations; therefore, we do not make menu adaptions for dislikes. We can alter our menus for vegetarians, pescatarians and strict allergies or intolerances not mentioned above. We must have at least 48 hours notice to honour this and must be informed when booking. If you are making a group booking, it is your responsibility to make us aware of dietary requirements of your party. Unannounced dietary requirements will not be catered for and a charge will still be applicable.

Do you allow children in the restaurant?

We allow children as young as 12 in the restaurant, and we love it when they enjoy the either of our Pine experiences. Please be aware that we do not offer a children's menu for either service and a seat in the restaurant is a fixed price depending on service, regardless of age. All children should be supervised by an adult at all times to avoid any potential disruptions to other guests.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, though our restaurant is on the first floor there is both an access ramp and service elevator in place to allow you to enjoy the experience in the main restaurant.

Are babies allowed in the restaurant?

Unfortunately not.

Are walk ins allowed?

We are a reservation only restaurant with minimum notice of 48 hours.

What table sizes are available?

We offer parties from 1-6 people, however due to the popularity of tables of 2, you are more likely to find an available table for 4-6 guests.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, by contacting the restaurant via email or phone with at least 48 hours notice. Please note; this does not include voicemail messages.

What happens if I do not turn up for my booking?

In the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of £25 per person for afternoon tea or £75 per person for an evening reservation will be applicable to the card provided.

I'm running late for my booking, what should I do?

Please arrive on time for your booking, and contact us if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.
